We hope you love your solar products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

2. Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

3. Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unused and in original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

4. How to Return

2. Receive Return Authorization

3. Ship return to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for the same item (if available). Contact customer support to arrange.
